Rev. Kebba Buckley Button
Kebba Buckley Button is the Award-Winning Author of Discover the Secret Energized You. She is a stress management coach and trainer, and energy therapist, who teaches people how to "trade in" their stress for enthusiasm and vitality. She sees stress as a sure route to illness, now or later, and stress management through personal balance as the primary key to wellness and happy, productive living. Kebba gives people tools for feeling energized and wonderful, instead of tired, tight, or in direct physical pain. Kebba works with groups and with individuals, teaching practical, memorable techniques for satisfied living: emotional and philosophical methods, mental/neurolinguistic processes, physical movements, calming mannerisms, and breath technique, among others.. She emphasizes oriental and yogic philosophy and energy balancing (nervous system optimization) in addition to standard Western models and modalities.
Helping people feel better for over 20 years.
Kebba's background includes Sensitivity Training, facilitating numerous workshops since the 1960's. Through this and experience such as Omega Vector training, she began seeing responsibility and choice in action as vital components of personal energy management.
